Villa Antonia

We have a secret for you—this villa looks much, much older than it actually is. Villa Antonia was conceived and designed by Antonia—known as ‘Toni’—and built in in 1999, serving as her dream home. This piece of land is truly special, as Toni searched through the canyons of the Texas hill country, even going so far as analyzing the breeze patterns that pass through the property. From all of that creative vision and meticulous planning, Villa Antonia was born.

Shortly after moving in, Toni began to receive requests from couples asking to get married in her fairytale villa. Additional planning on Toni’s part and shortly thereafter, couple’s wishes were granted and Villa Antonia was transformed into an event venue. Now, over 1,700 events have been held there since its inception.

Guests continually mention the elegant, old-world charm they felt from the second they set foot onto Villa Antonia. Seriously, the phrase, “All of my dreams came true…” or some iteration, has been used many times. Whether it is the sight of the sun glinting off of the waters of Lake Travis, feeling the breeze from the balcony of the Gazebo, Mission or Lakeview Terrace (or all three), or taking in the features of the property after walking through the stone arch entryway, everyone is mesmerized by Villa Antonia.

When you rent Villa Antonia for an event, you have an 11 hour rental (including one hour for rehearsal), access to the wedding chapel that seats 200 guests and ballroom that seats 130 guests, access to over 5,000 square feet of temperature-controlled space, chairs, tables, a day-of coordinator and more. When it comes to food, they even offer a list of eight preferred caterers for you to choose from. Rental rates vary by season and day, but can range from $4,500 for events on Monday – Thursday and can go up to $7,000 for events taking place during peak hours on a Saturday (not including additional costs as negotiated).

Past guests will tell you that Villa Antonia is worth every penny. It is often referred to as ‘heaven on earth’ and every detail of the space is truly a labor of love.
