The Vineyards at Chappel Lodge

Surrounded by gorgeous Texas wildflowers and grand oak trees, The Vineyards at Chappel Lodge is an unforgettable outdoor venue for your next event. Located just 10 minutes south of downtown Austin, the 53-acre California-inspired vineyard is a mix of rustic charm with modern elegance.

The venue traditionally hosts outdoor events on the expansive wedding lawn that overlooks the vineyard and reception terrace; however, there is an indoor space that can be used in the event of rain. The 3,500 sq. ft. reception terrace makes for the perfect location for your sit-down meal for your guests. The tranquil space overlooks more oak trees as well as a scenic pond. Additionally, the terrace has the option to be tented depending on the occasion or weather.

You will also have access to the bridal suite complete with fireplace, plush couches and chairs, hair-and-makeup vanity table, and spa-style bathroom. The intimate room allows the bridal party to relax and pamper themselves prior to walking down the aisle. In addition to the bridal suite, The Vineyards at Chappel Lodge also has a groom’s den that includes two rooms with plush leather sofas and a bathroom.

The rental includes one hour of rehearsal time and two hours of photography time prior to the event. 300 chairs are provided as well as a mix of round, cocktail, and banquet tables. The property is equipped with an indoor and outdoor sound system and specialty landscape lighting. Lastly, the caterer’s prep kitchen is available to use and there is ample parking with an on-site shuttle.

For an additional fee, The Vineyards at Chappel Lodge offer two overnight lodging options, The Lodge and The Cabin, to extend your special day into a weekend getaway with family and friends.

The Lodge is a large stonework building shaded by live oaks that can accommodate up to 14 guests with six bedrooms, five full baths, four half baths and one handicap bath. The building includes a full kitchen, Zen garden, outdoor terrace and additional preparation area.

The Cabin is a cozy log cabin that can accommodate up to 14 guests with four bedrooms and three full baths. The rustic space has wood paneling and floors throughout, stone fireplace and modern amenities. In addition to the large living room and kitchen, The Cabin is most noted for its tranquil wraparound porch.
