Madison/The Roosevelt

We currently have two spaces, with four total room options available for bookings, both with total capacities of 300 people. The Madison, a unique, Victorian-style event space/dance club with a distinct flair, has a large downstairs area with a full bar and dance floor and a mezzanine with a full bar and balcony view of the downstairs area.

The Roosevelt Room, which opened two months, is a beautiful craft cocktail bar and sophisticated event space. It is similar to The Madison in terms of layout, with a large downstairs area with a full bar, a stage, and a mezzanine with a full bar and balcony view of the downstairs area.

Rental rates for both venues are the same and depend on the day you’d like to book. Sunday-Thursday, the rental rate is $300/hr for the entire venue, and $150/hr for the mezzanine. Friday/Saturday are $400/hr for the entire venue and $200/hr for the mezzanine. Also, depending on the event, that rental rate is flexible in consideration of a Food & Beverage Minimum spend.

In order to reserve the space(s), we require a deposit equivalent to the rental rate plus sales tax to be paid in full. All other balances for the other services we offer (in-house catering, DJ, KJ, Photography, Photo booths, etc.) can be paid for on the day of the event.
