Arbor Pointe Event Centre

Nestled on the banks of Brush Creek in the heart of historic Round Rock, Texas lies the six acre Arbor Pointe event facility that is perfect for your next business or social gathering. Arbor Pointe is just off I-H 35 in a scenic Texas Hill Country setting. The property is the perfect location for both indoor and outdoor events with over 3,500 square feet of indoor event space and a generous outdoor arbor area surrounded by towering oak trees.

The classically style main reception hall is comprised of hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings and elegant chandeliers in addition to the picturesque floor-to-ceiling windows. The room contains an antique-style bar and additional furniture can be added such as an antique buffet, cake and gift tables. When set up for a reception, the space can comfortably seat up to 150 guests.

In addition to the main reception hall there is an adjacent building that houses a separate reception room, buffet room and private groom’s quarters. Both the reception room and buffet rooms are equipped with sound systems. Then a second 1,500 square foot building that holds an additional meeting room and the private bride’s parlour. The signature bride’s building can even accommodate a morning brunch.

The outdoor space can be set up for any type of event and has the capacity to seat up to 250 guests in a garden party setting. The manicured gardens are encompassed by large lighted oak trees to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The outdoor space also includes a white pergola-style wedding arbor, over-sized swinging bench, large white double heart statue and equipped with a sound and lighting system.

You can choose to book the venue only or select a pre-designed wedding package to personalize the space. The package includes china, glassware and stainless flatware in addition to assistance from Arbor Pointe’s event coordinators. Ceremony and reception chairs and reception tables and floor length ivory table linens are also included with the rental as well as the flexibility to work with your own certified vendors.
